Whitehaven born indie pop four piece; FLYNT brace fierce melodic hooks against a thick rhythmic backbone. Their fresh sound and strong live presence has well and truly made its mark across the land with nationwide recognition from BBC Radio 1, Kendal Calling and Glasgow's TRNSMT Festival.
Only debuting in June 2017 with their single “Julia”, the band have gone from strength to strength. Packing out gigs throughout Cumbria, Manchester, and Leeds and releasing their live session series “The Committee Sessions”, racking up over 50,000 streams online.
The band notoriously go ‘all out’ on their live appearances and their show at the Old Fire Station will be no exception. Grab tickets quick for this one.

Bring your instrument or voice and join in with Roz Sluman's Big Shoes Band at this monthly Jam Session, or simply come down and enjoy the vibe. Have a drink and lunch in a welcoming environment.
Jazz & Blues standards played via music supplied, or just jamming for non-readers. Guitar amp, bass amp and microphones in place. Keyboards and drums at band members discretion.
